The buzz around OnePlus’ next mid-range contender, the OnePlus Nord 6, is growing louder as the device has started appearing on key certification websites. Following the launch of its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord 3, last July, expectations have been high for the next instalment.
While initial rumours pointed to a March debut for the Nord 6, a fresh leak suggests we might have to wait a little longer. The handset has now been spotted on a European certification database, signalling that its official launch is on the horizon.

Launch Timeline Delayed?
According to a claim by tipster Yogesh Brar, the launch of the OnePlus Nord 6 has been postponed by about a month. The device was reportedly slated for an early March unveiling, but the timeline has now been shifted to April. While OnePlus has not made any official statements, such shifts are common in the industry as companies fine-tune their products and marketing strategies.
European Certification Surfaces
Adding weight to the imminent launch theory, the OnePlus Nord 6 has been spotted on the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) certification database. The listing, which carries the model number CPH2795, was approved on February 3.
An EEC certification is a mandatory step for electronics sold in several Eurasian countries, and its appearance is a strong indicator that a device is gearing up for a release in Europe and other global markets. The listing itself doesn’t reveal any specifications but confirms the model number associated with the upcoming phone.
Performance Benchmarks and Specs
The same CPH2795 model number was previously seen on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, giving us a glimpse into its potential hardware. The listing showed the device scoring 2,019 points in the single-core test and 6,503 points in the multi-core test.
More interestingly, the benchmark revealed the presence of an octa-core Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset with a peak clock speed of 3.21GHz, paired with 12GB of RAM. The device was also listed as running Android 16, which suggests it could be an early test unit.
Other Leaked Features
Beyond the processor, other rumours suggest the OnePlus Nord 6 will support 80W wired fast charging, a feature consistent with other OnePlus devices. It is also expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, though details on the supporting sensors are still under wraps.
The device has reportedly passed through several other regulatory bodies, including TUV, SIRIM, and TDRA, further solidifying the evidence of its impending arrival. As the rumoured April launch window approaches, we can expect more concrete details to emerge from official channels.
